Orders

Orders can only be placed through our website.

The fulfillment time depends on product availability:

  • In-stock items – shipped the next working day.
  • Items on order:
    1. If the product is in stock – fulfillment within 7-10 working days.
      If production is required – around 3 – 5 weeks.
    2. Before placing an order, you can contact us to check the product’s availability.

Yes, it is possible to cancel or modify the order, but only before the fulfillment process begins. In this case, please contact customer service as soon as possible. After the product has been shipped or production has started, changes or cancellations are not possible.

This does not affect the consumer’s right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable EU law.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery via courier to the specified address.

Delivery costs depend on the destination country. The shipping fee is calculated separately and added to the order total.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1-3 working days, depending on the chosen courier. However, in the case of customs clearance, the entire process may take up to 10 days.

Returns & Claims

Returns depend on the type of order:

  • In-stock items – can be returned within 14 days.
  • Ordered items (in stock or requiring production) – can be returned within 14 days.
  • Personalized products and products made to the customer’s individual specifications – are not eligible for return.


NOTE: The product to be returned must be in its original, unused, undamaged condition and in the original packaging. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

The consumer is entitled to inspect the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, as would be possible in a physical store.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Complaints can be filed through the online form or via email. Please include proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Warranty & Service

The manufacturer’s warranty covers material and manufacturing defects discovered within 24 months of purchase by the first owner.

This warranty does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable EU law.

The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, provided the product is used according to the user manual. If a defect is found, the manufacturer will repair or replace the product.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, including but not limited to:

  • Use of chemical cleaning agents on the frame.
  • Storage of the stroller in a damp environment.

Please contact your local waste disposal facility to properly dispose of the product according to applicable regulations.

Yes, we provide access to new service parts that can be purchased to repair or replace damaged stroller components.
