RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to return eligible products in accordance with the terms set out below and applicable European Union consumer law.

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through our website by consumers within the European Union.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) days from the day on which they receive the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision before the withdrawal period expires.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • the product must be returned within 14 days from the date on which the customer informed us of their decision to withdraw from the contract,
  • the product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition,
  • the product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation.

The consumer is entitled to inspect the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as would be possible in a physical store.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF RETURN

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • personalized products or products made according to the customer’s individual specifications,
  • products that are sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery, where applicable.

RETURN PROCESS

To return a product, please securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it to the following address:

Please include your order number inside the package to allow us to identify and process your return efficiently.
Providing the order number is not required to exercise your right of withdrawal under EU law, but it may significantly speed up the process.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

REFUNDS

The refund will include the cost of the standard delivery option offered by us at the time of purchase. Any additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer has provided proof of having sent them back.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
