Please review this policy carefully before placing an order. It applies to all purchases made through our website.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer delivery via courier service to the address specified by the customer at checkout.

In some cases, products may be shipped directly from our logistics or manufacturing partners. However, we remain responsible for the delivery of your order.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs depend on the destination country. The delivery fee is calculated separately and added to the order total during checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Order fulfillment depends on product availability:

  • In-stock products – shipped on the next business day.
  • Products on order:
    • if available in stock – shipped within 7–10 business days,
    • if production is required – shipped within approximately 3–5 weeks.

Customers may contact us prior to placing an order to confirm product availability.

DELIVERY TIME

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on the destination country and courier service.

All delivery times are provided in good faith and are estimates only. In any case, delivery will take place no later than 30 days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer only upon physical receipt of the products.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • Delivery times may be extended during public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. force majeure).

DELAYED DELIVERY

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.

This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable EU law.
